As Seen In International Business Times

You bought the tools. You ran the training.
The business looks exactly the same.

Your teams are using AI every day.
The business is not growing from it.
That gap is where I work.

Most Companies Have Adopted AI. Almost None Are Growing Through It.

This is not a technology problem.

Your teams are already using AI. They are using it the way everyone else is: typing fresh prompts, getting generic answers, and moving on. No system. No compounding. No measurable growth.

The companies pulling ahead are not using better tools. They are using AI as infrastructure. Intelligence systems, decision engines, and revenue compounders that run while the team focuses on the work that actually requires humans.

88 percent of organizations now use AI somewhere. Only one third have scaled it in a way that actually moves the needle. — McKinsey, 2025

The gap between AI adoption and AI advantage is the biggest missed opportunity in business right now. A new tool does not close it. Another consultant does not close it. What closes it is someone who gets inside the teams already running the business and builds the system they are missing.

AI alone is not a growth engine.
The system you build underneath it is.

Corporate Workshops and Advisory

The Work

From a 90-minute AI Kickoff to a full two-day FORGE system installation. Built around the real bottlenecks your teams are living with, not the ones leadership assumes exist. Teams leave operational. Companies leave with a growth system that runs.

On Stage

Keynotes and workshops for annual meetings, leadership summits, and executive offsites. One session reframes how a leadership team thinks about AI. Every attendee builds something before they leave the room.

Rhiannon Franz

I was inside every major pivot of digital media for 23 years.
Now I am inside the biggest one.

Deutsch LA. Team One. Carat. PHD. OMG23.

In 2003, when TV buyers called digital budgets a rounding error, I was the only digital voice in those rooms. I bet my career on it anyway. I was inside every major shift that followed: search, social, dynamic creative, mobile, programmatic. Right side of every one of them. Not because I followed the trend. Because I understood the architecture underneath it.

I managed $250MM in digital media for brands across Lexus, Xbox, Warner Bros, Chrysler, and Johnson and Johnson. I led the digital recovery strategy for Chrysler during its federal bankruptcy turnaround. At Pointroll in 2009, I built data-triggered personalized ad delivery systems that required a multi-million dollar engineering team. Today I build the same architecture for a single client in a single week. That is what AI actually changed. Not the technology. Who can build it.

I also hold a Master's in Communications Management from USC. I am formally trained in facilitation and consulting. I have run hundreds of working sessions inside Fortune 100 teams. And I have spent 23 years being held accountable to dashboards, attribution models, and the number that tells you whether the work actually worked. I am not an AI specialist who learned business. I am a trained communications and organizational strategist applying a 23-year foundation through the most powerful tool of this era. I operate inside the business. Not next to it.

of large-scale transformations fail. Not because the technology was wrong. Because the people and processes around it never changed. McKinsey

This is not a workshop. It is a growth system installed in your business.

Most AI sessions teach automation. That is the tip of the iceberg. The real leverage is insight. The gap between what the data shows and what it means. Between what the team produces and what leadership actually needs. That gap is almost never taught.

I go into the room, surface what is actually stalling the team, and build the system around the real bottleneck. Not the one leadership assumes exists. The one the team is living with.

Everything proves out in the numbers. Or it is not a growth system.

I do not advise on growth. I build it.
